The Hayden Planetarium is divided in two parts: the top floor is the home of the Star Theater, a full-dome theater that uses scientific data to project "star shows" on its roof. The bottom floor features the Big-Bang Theater, which screens a four-minute documentary on the creation of the universe. Upon leaving the theater, guests walk through the Size Scales of the Universe exhibit and into the Cosmic Pathway, a stunning display showing the history of the universe. The museum is located in West Central Park, next to the American Museum of Natural History.
